Wide Bore MRI
Our Wide Bore MRI has a much larger opening than old MRIs and is also much shorter in length.
Information about your examination
- Prior to the exam you will be asked to remove all jewelry and metal objects.
- Your hair must be dry before you go in the scanner.
- During the exam, just like a photograph, the most accurate images will be taken when you are still.
- Immediately following the scan, you may resume your normal activities unless otherwise directed by your doctor.
