COVID-19 Patient Info

At 611 MRI, the health and wellness of our communities, patients, and staff, are our highest priority. Like you, we’re concerned about recent developments surrounding COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus. We are taking proactive precautions to minimize risks at our imaging center while continuing to provide you with the most accurate and compassionate diagnostic services.

What We’re Doing To Help:
  • All patients are required to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth while in the building. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you.
  • Our staff is following enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols designed specifically to prevent the spread of all viruses, including COVID-19 and the flu.
  • As always, we are cleaning and disinfecting all rooms – all equipment is cleaned and disinfected after every patient.
  • We have installed a UV disinfecting system in strategic areas of the building to aid in sterilization.
  • All non-essential items have been removed from the lobby and waiting rooms such as magazines, coffee, and packaged food 
  • When scheduling exams by phone, our staff is asking every patient if they have any respiratory illness or flu-like symptoms. If patients answer yes, we ask that they reschedule at a time when they are feeling better
  • Also during the phone interview, our staff is asking patients if they have been out of the country within the past two weeks. If patients answer yes, we ask that they reschedule two weeks out 
  • To limit overall traffic to the office, we are asking patients to come alone, unless accompanying a minor child or a person in need of assistance.  

As the situation progresses, our leadership team is maintaining regular communication with our staff to share guidance and information from the CDC. We’re continuing to monitor the situation closely and take action to protect our patients, staff, and ultimately, our communities. By working together, we can help to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
