Lucas was extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable before the scan started. He talked to me throughout the scan and actually cared about how I was doing. He is a wonderful tech. He made sure my legs and head were comfortable. If I ever need another MRI, I will absolutely ask for him.

The staff and Dr. Trybus at 611 MRI, in Altoona, are so amazingly kind and caring. Everyone was pleasant and explained everything that was going on from the moment we arrived to the very second we left. My daughter was there for an MR Arthrogram on her right shoulder yesterday. Not something you want to ever have done, but since we had to- we are so glad it was done there, with such professionalism. What a great place!!
I have MS and may have had more scans over the last decade than most people. The staff is patient and caring, the neurologist is thorough, and the turnaround time is super-fast. They are the total package. Best imaging facility in town!

My family has visited 611 on more occasions than most over the course of the last 6+ years from sports injuries to just plain “age issues” and every time we get the best care and service from the staff. Scheduling is made easy and they get you in as quickly as possible. You are treated like a person not just a number and a big shout out to Cindy Baker who knows her job well, makes you feel at your optimum comfort level even when it isn’t the most comfortable. Highly recommend this facility for all your imaging needs!
I’m glad I went to 611 instead of my local hospital. The staff is always courteous. Services are outstanding and definitely a cost-effective alternative to corporate health care.

I’ve been here for MRI’s and X-rays. Always treated with respect, courtesy, and friendliness. Staff is very professional and courteous. The place is SUPER CLEAN! Also, cookies, coffee, etc. always offered.

My first trip here, everyone was super nice, but I was unable to complete a closed MRI. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. My second trip here I was scheduled on the open machine, and the 2 ladies who were with me were spectacular and made it comfortable for me. I was able to successfully complete the exam! Highly recommend this place for anyone who is apprehensive about getting an MRI done. Staff is so knowledgeable and caring; they make the experience so much better!

Big thanks to my tech Cindy today. I've been here for other testing, so I already liked the facility and staff, but this one was going to be incredibly stressful because I'm HORRIBLY claustrophobic. She gave me a lavender eye mask, some Margaritaville on Sirius XM, and Cindy must have checked in with me via earphones almost every 10 minutes to see how I was doing.
It is a very friendly atmosphere, and everyone is very thorough. They made me feel at ease during a situation that was not so great. I absolutely love the environment! Krista did a great job making me feel comfortable.
